Bounce into the long Easter Weekend with these three joyful sparklers.
In no particular order, here's our favourite member of the Hard Rain family, the Hot Pink 2022. Crafted from the second pressing of top cider varieties Kingston Black & Dabinett, laced with local blackcurrent cordial for the natural sparkle, and with the peachy and citrus notes from whole cone Simcoe hops.
Next up, our joyful collaboration with Webbs of Wychbold. Dancing on sparkles, The Thankful Receiver is a beautiful blend of Discovery, Egremont Russet and Dabinett apples, this is balanced, refreshing and perfect with pizza, your favourite cheese board, lightly spiced curry. Or solo.
Our final Easter bunny is Balls Bittersweet 2021. So chuffed to work with this unusual Herefordshire variety. With parents of Foxwhelp and Medaille d'Or it's perhaps not surprising there's both balance, character and depth.
Juicy, sappy apples, notes of leather and sweet spice, and tannins softened by time spent in ex-cognac barrels, and a sparkle from bottle conditioning. Incredible with spicy chicken wings or vegetable somosas - or that classic block of aged cheddar.
