Sparkling
Hard Rain Perry 2.9% £6.70
Made from two intensely flavoured French pear varieties grown locally to us, this is perrykin making at its purest, fermented wild with no additions and bottled as a pét nat.
Hard Rain Siegerrbbe 3.8% £6.70
Made from the second pressing of Dabinett apples with the addition of water, this was later refermented on the skins of freshly pressed Siegerrebe grapes, from our friends at stellar English winery, Astley Vineyard, in Worcestershire.
What Does It Mean To Be Different? Sparkling 7.3% £6.70
Crafted with 100% juice from a tasty mix of cider and dessert apple varieties, this Street Food Edition is fruity, zesty and sparkly. This cider is like wine, with a natural affinity to banging food!
Disco Nouveau 2024 6.2% £7.37
Our yearly early harvest release, celebrating the Discovery apple. Our 2024 edition saw a splash of zing from the venerable Foxwhelp apple and, for maximum freshness, bottled as a pét nat.
Now That's Cider 2022 7.4% £8.04
A collaboration with Ross Cider, and Oliver's Cider to celebrate Hereford's Applefest. Using classic cider apple varieties, we sought to come together to layer our flavours and to showcase each of our contributions and styles, in order to find harmony in our shared love of the apple.
Sleepless in Bromyard 2021 7.9% £8.04
In collaboration with Burum Collective, this cider is pure Dabinett, on the nose it’s all plum skin and frangipane before sliding into a pool of super sweet, juicy, ripe peaches and oranges. There's lovely soft tannins and a hint of bitterness at the finish reminding you that this is a cider made from bittersweet apples.
Balls Bittersweet 2021 7.9% £8.04
Coming from the rolling hills of West Herefordshire, Balls Bittersweet produce a beautiful, naturally balanced cider, with great depth and good acids. Wild fermented, this spent some time in second- and third-use ex-cognac barrels before bottle conditioning for a gentle, creamy bit of sparkle in the glass.
Thankful Receiver 7.5% £8.71
The Thankful Receiver is a delicious collaboration between Little Pomona and the team at Webbs of Wychbold, the long-established garden centre with a glorious food hall and popular restaurant. A blend using zesty Discovery apples, rich Egremont Russets, and barrel-aged Dabinett.
Yarlington Mill 2021 6.9% £8.71
This bottle is our first serious experiment with Yarlington Mill and our first release using it as a single variety. This example shows all of the best characteristics of the variety – baking spice, leather, sweet hay, big tannins and lots and lots of juicy orange and apricot.
Bright Lights 6.9% £8.71
Continuing our experiments with non-traditional cider apples, we took a load of very ripe Bramley apples, pressed them together with some locally grown Egremont Russet, a few kilos of medlars, and some Dabinett grown right next to us on the farm.
Netherwood Estate Reserve 2020 6.8% £10.05
In the late autumn we hand picked two varieties: the rare, evocatively named Brown Snout and a true classic, Yarlington Mill. The juice underwent natural fermentation, before heading to barrel – ex-white burgundy – to mature. After a few months the cider was bottled together with some cryo-extracted apple juice to develop some sparkle.
Do It Puritan UNRELEASED EDITION 6.2% £10.05
An unreleased version of DIP is a blend of three fruits in roughly equal parts: strawberry scented Discovery apples, pressed together with carbonically macerated Damson plums, and left to ferment spontaneously. Then when the first of the seasons' Perry pears arrived we blended some of this juice into the fermentation.
To Boldly Go, The Metamorphosis, 2021 7.9% £13.40
The Metamorphosis brings together two grape varieties, Solaris and Seyval Blanc, with two pear varieties, Longbois and Antricotin, in a roughly equal blend for a wild co-fermentation before being bottle conditioned and hand disgorged, making this an utterly unique creation!
To Boldly Go, Who Mourns for Grapes, 2022 7.2% £13.40
Sour Keleris cherries, perry pears and Discovery apples, all locally sourced. The cherries went through a four-week carbonic maceration, before pressing them together with the apples. Later in the season, perry pear juice was blended before bottling. All bottles were then hand disgorged.

Still
When Burum Met Pomona 2021 7.4% £8.04
A still single variety cider, in collaboration with Burum Collective. We took gorgeous hand-picked Dabinett apples from Brook House Farm, wild fermented them and then matured the cider in ex-Chardonnay barrels for six months before bottling.
Peut-Etre 2020 6.9% £9.38
We sourced fine, ripe, handpicked Michelin from Dragon Orchard, Herefordshire, and similarly beautiful Dabinett from Brook House Farm, pressing and fermenting them together. Both quite tannic apple varieties, to help soften them we moved the nascent cider into some lovely ex-red wine barrels.
Cider Sessions V2: The Bitter Truth 2020 8.3% £9.38
A single barrel of bright, golden sunshine, brought to you by two legends of the apple world, Ellis and Ashton Bitter. Nearly two years in a whisky cask has brought lovely aromatics of hay, smoke sweet wood and icing sugar to the nose.
Cider Sessions V5: Little Green Apples 2020 6.9% £10.05
This one is a blend of our favourite apple, Egremont Russett (70%) with Dabinett and Chisel Jersey in roughly equal parts. All were co-fermented in tank and later moved into ex-red wine barrels. Here the cider stayed for a full two years, not neglected, but never quite fitting into other things we were doing or ready to make their debut. Blended together, they have become a seamless whole, where purple wallflowers meet with sappy ripe apples, sweet spices, barrel perfume, juicy, succulent acids and beautifully soft tannins.
Throne Farm Perry 2022 7% £9.38
A blend of Perry pears from Throne Farm. Wholly riper and more luscious than its delicate, crystalline 2021 predecessor, the fruit this time around is a spectrum of yellow - mango, peach and pineapple. With a hint of ripe tannin, a touch of sweetness and balance, poised acidity, this Perry speaks elegantly of the glory of the vintage.
Sum of the Parts 3 7.9% £13.40
Our foray into the risky business of long barrel ageing and fractional blending, based loosely on the solera systems used in sherry production. Our solera began in 2017 and contains ciders from that vintage through until 2023, almost exclusively the historic, high acid, intensely complex variety Foxwhelp.
Act 3 brings together the very oldest components of the solera into an intriguing, cerebral creation. In the mouth it's plushly textured, with the once raw acids beautifully polished over time, blueberry, mulberry and candied citrus, a hint of tannin and smoke on the finish. Savour and enjoy with small plates and friends
