Shipping policy

Tracking an Order - Our Ciders and Merchandise will arrive with you within a few days of your order. They are shipped to you on the Fragile Service with APC Couriers. You will receive a Tracking Number once the consignment has been despatched, and delivery will normally be the next day, by 4pm.

Special Directions - At the Checkout stage you get an opportunity to let us know any special directions about where to leave your parcel if you are not in. eg with neighbours on Left.

Shipping Costs - £10 for orders under £75 on the UK Mainland excluding remote Scottish mainland and Scottish Highlands. Free for orders over £75.

For remote Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, shipping is £15 below £75, and £5 above £75.

Shipping for Little Pomona Cider Club Members

Little Pomona Cider Club Members enjoy 10% off all regular orders, and further discounts on Special Offers. The £75 threshold for free shipping within the bulk of the UK Mainland (£5 all other UK regions) relates to the value of order AFTER the discounts have been applied.

Timescale - The average timescale is 2-3 working days, although at certain times, the timescale may be slightly longer. Any queries, please contact wassail@littlepomona.com

Outside UK - At the moment, we do not ship ciders to Europe or the USA. This may change and you will be the first to know.

Broken Glass - if you've received a box with a broken bottle, we are very sorry. We do use a Fragile service, but sometimes things do go wrong.

Please email us at wassail@littlepomona.com, along with a few images to help us piece together what happened: pictures of the box, inside, outside, contents and postage, plus your name and email address, and order number if you have that to hand.

Challenge 25 - Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy, requiring proof of age prior to the order being handed over. If the person accepting the delivery on the recipient's behalf looks under 25, the driver will ask to see evidence of the individual's age. The only acceptable proof of identity is a photographic driver's license, a passport, or an Identity Card containing the PASS hologram.
