Tours & Tasting with Cheese Matching

Join Us Behind The Scenes In 2025

From April through to the end of September in 2025 we will be running special Tours & Tastings once or twice a month on Sundays at 2.30pm.

Join us for an insight and an introduction into Little Pomona before sharing a tutored tasting in our Tasting Room and Cider Garden, complete with cheese matching.

Lasting up to two hours, your Tour will start with a welcome cider or perry in our Tasting Room before heading out, weather permitting, to the farm's Kitchen Orchard and the new Quince Orchard.

Tour Dates for 2025

Tour dates for the year will be announced in January 2025. Please check back here or better still, subscribe to our in frequent but informative newsletters.

Then it's back to the Cider House, to explore how cider is made in a contemporary cidery.

Hear about how the fruit arrives, see our SRAML press, one of only a few in this country and more often seen in wineries, and find out about our barrel fermentation and maturation programme, before finishing where we began, in the Tasting Room.

Here we'll have tasters of a few of our ciders. Typically the trio might include one of our kegged ciders, one of the classic range and one of our more experimental batches, all paired with cheese.

For the designated drivers, we have special organic apple juice from our Hillside Farm friends in nearby Kimbolton.

There is an alternative vegan option.

Tour Tickets as a Gift?

Choose the Gift Option at the foot of the DropDown, and your recipient can contact us to confirm availability on their chosen date.

Come Prepared

While we won't brave heavy rain, we might want to head to the orchard in light rain or when it's a little chilly, so please come with sturdy footwear and suitable clothing to cater for our weather.

Our cidery and tasting room is accessible for those in a wheelchair, but unfortunately the Orchard Walk will not be possible. However, we'd be very happy to make you comfy in the Tasting Room either with a few videos, or leave you to browse through our extensive apple- and pear- inspired library.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your Tour is due to start and make yourself known at the Bar.

Where weather permits we will be outside for our welcome and tutored tasting.

Should you or one of your group become unwell for any reason, we ask that you contact us so that we can reschedule or postpone your visit until you are better.
