This traditional method sparkling wine is made from England's most exotic and aromatic fruit, the quince. It may be the only one of its kind. The fruit was sourced from an organic orchard near Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire belonging to our late friend Vin Yorke, affectionately known as Vince the quince.

It is as elegant and true an expression of the fruit as we think it is possible for us to achieve. On opening, all of those exotic quince aromatics - the perfume of sweet Turkish Delight, blossom honey and lemon zest - immediately begin to fill the room.
In the mouth there is a gorgeous core of citrus acidity that makes this fruit so perfect for the champagne method. Flavours of yuzu lemon, mango and ripe pineapple intermingle with the perfume of jasmine and ylang ylang flowers and it finishes with an intriguing note of salinity.
Rich gold, with fine creamy bubbles, this is a special, unique bottle to mark the most special of occasions and celebrations.
