Disco Nouveau Hits The Road
The Disco Nouveau 2023 roadshow kicks off with the Shire keg debut of our latest release at The Yew Tree in Peterstow, Ross on Wye on Thursday 22 February, from 6pm.
Join us from 6pm to share the first cider from last year's harvest, complete with tang, zest and trademark notes of wild strawberry. We'll be amid the Yew Tree's freshly refurbished bar environs. And, if that wasn't enough, newly resident pizza maestros The Firebird Kitchen will be crafting matching Neapolitan sour dough pizzas to enjoy.
Then Disco Nouveau and the Little Pomona team hit the road, spearheading the Cider For All Seasons campaign. Kicking off with a guest appearance at farmhouse brewery Rigg & Furrow's 7th birthday party on Saturday 24 February, we'll be at local cider heros, Hereford Beer House, in mid-March, before heading to Borough Market and the always inspiring London Cider House.
Then it's north to Manchester, to good friends Pomona Island. They will be hosting a Little Pomona tap takeover at their new craft beer bar, North Westward Ho. We'll reveal our line-up nearer the time, but expect some fun firsts.
Disco Nouveau appears back in Sheffield, courtesy of good friend of the apple, Mike Pomranz, at The Old Shoe just ahead of Easter.
Right after Easter, we're thrilled to be venturing back to Bacareto in Cardiff. The prospect of sharing Disco Nouveau once more alongside the bar's divine Venetian small plates is too tempting to resist. But more importantly, this will see the launch of Burum's Cider Education Quest, complete with video debut and art exhibition.
After a wee break, we will be returning to That Beer Place, to guest at Chester Cider Club. Always a gregariously welcoming bunch, we'll be sharing an array of tastes and locally sourced nibbles.
Then it's back to home territory, with fresh pours at The Nags Head, the wonderfully popular pub in Malvern, before our final stop back in the Shire, at our own Spring Open Day, the day we open the Tasting Room for the Season.
