For the big days and the special people, there's not one but two champagne method perries, one a delicate shade of pink thanks to locally picked damsons.

Brut de Poiré shows just why folk compared fine perry with the best sparkling wines, and Brut Rosé has already demonstrated its class by opening Hereford AppleFest's perry-infused banquet. Brut de Poiré is made with locally grown French varieties of pears. It’s beautifully aromatic with delicate pears and lemon blossom on the nose and all soft creamy citrus fruit, brioche, honey and flowers in the mouth, with beautiful fine bubbles.

Brut Rosé is definitely a UK first, a champagne method rosé perry. The deep orange/pink colour was achieved by pressing the pears with a small percentage of damsons picked from ancient tree local to our home. The result is beautifully aromatic, with sweet violet flowers, Turkish Delight and almond blossom billowing from the glass.

Throw in everyone's friends Table Cider and Table Perry, for any meal or gathering during the season, and you've got the perfect partners for all foods. From fish & chips to pizza, mac'n'cheese to roasted cauliflower, Thai curry to pasta pomodoro, you're all sorted.

For lighter evenings, lunchtimes and parties, we suggest our ciderkins, our naturally lighter range of ciders crafted using a generations old technique. There's Hard Rain Hot Pink, our most popular ciderkin, was dry hopped with whole cone Simcoe and blended with organic blackcurrant and bottle conditioned. It’s bright and fresh, full of tangy flavours of cranberry, grapefruit and rhubarb, with tropical fruit notes from the hops.

Or crack open the latest ciderkin release, Siegerrebe, where fermentation took place on the skins of freshly-pressed grape skins from our good friends at Astley Vineyard. All Cape Gooseberry and peach with a slight Kombucha-esque bite at the finish, this is the ideal aperitif to kick off with or palate cleanser at any stage of the evening.
